Product description : copper cathode is the first pure product obtained from the ore. After several weeks in a copper sulphate electrolysis, the cathodes are removed and used as electroplating copper anodes.

The copper cathodes we offer are LME Grade A registered. This is the purest quality with a copper content higher than 99.99%. They usually measure 1000x1000mm, with a thickness of +/- 10mm.

Uses : We can cut these copper cathodes to your size so that they can be used in your alkaline copper baths, playing the role of anode. These baths may be based on copper cyanide and sodium cyanide or potassium cyanide.

In order to be able to attach the anodes to the bus bar by means of an anode holder hook, we can drill the cathodes according to your needs.
